Margie was one of my first Topeka friends.  I wasn't too thrilled to move from Omaha in Feb. of 9th grade.  Then I sat next to Margie in home room and shared a locker with Marilyn Collins and I was off to a great start at Capper.   Margie and I remained close friends as sorority sisters at Washburn and after college.  She was such a kind helpful person and gave me rides everywhere-even for 8:00 classes! I still miss her and remember her fondly.

I first knew Margie in early elementary school and we were friends through junior high, high school and beyond. Margie was one person I would call or get together with when I came home to Topeka after moving to Denver.  She was a kind, sweet person who always thought of others.  It is sad that her life was cut short, I remember her fondly.  Rachel Williams (Fee)
